Certified with an ingress protection of IP68 Waterproof, this compact lamp has been designed for heavy industries with a very difficult operating environment.

 

Labino MidBeam 3.0 (MB Series) Range of UV LED Lamps

MB Series products Zeus, Hermes & Iris are UV inspection lights. They are extremely robust, compact and light. Certified to IP68 waterproof.

Designed for use in heavy industries with very difficult operating environments. The mains operated model weighs just 732 grams (1.6 lbs) & the battery model weighs just 781 grams (1.7 lbs). The Iris weighs 568 grams (1.3 lbs).

Estimated LED Lifetime of 30,000 hours.

The MB Series of inspection products have been specifically designed to meet various industry standards. The beam profile of the UV Light is extremely homogeneous without any footprints showing from the LED’s shades, dark spots or other disturbing defects.

 

 

Labino MB - ZEUS

Part No: L2502 (Mains), L2506 (Battery) & L2526 (Athena)

Labino MB Zeus has been tested to comply with the following: ASTM E3022-2018 Standard, Airbus AITM6-1001, Pratt & Whitney & ISO 3059-12.

It generates an intensity of approximately 4,000 μw/cm2 at 38 cm (15 inches) & is equipped with a white light LED for after inspection.

The running time of the battery version is 2 hours approximately.

It has an ingress protection of IP68 (waterproof).

Available as either Mains, Battery or Athena (Battery) Versions.

 

 

Labino MB - HERMES

Labino MB Hermes has been tested to comply with the following: ASTM E3022-2018 Standard, Rolls-Royce RRES 90061, Airbus AITM6-1001, Pratt & Whitney, The Boeing Co, ISO 3059-12 & USAF. MB Hermes has a NATO Stock Number (NSN): 6240-14-5916262

It generates an intensity of approximately 4,000 μw/cm2 at 38 cm (15 inches) and it does not have a white light LED.

The running time of the battery version is 3 hours approximately.

It has an ingress protection of IP68 (waterproof).

MB ATHENA Versions

Labino MB Athena is a MB Battery UV LED Light with a spray can holder attached. An accessory that can be mounted on any Zeus or Hermes battery model & allows the user to operate the spray can simultaneously with a strong UV Light that is in compliance with ASTM E3022 & the PRIMES requirements.

Labino MB Iris is an extremely compact UV LED Light. It is used together with automated systems that incorporate cameras to inspect hard to reach areas such as pipe interiors. MB Iris has been tested to comply with the following: ASTM E3022-2018 Standard, Rolls-Royce RRES 90061, Airbus AITM6-1001, Pratt & Whitney, The Boeing Co, ISO 3059-12 and USAF.

It generates an intensity of approximately 4,000 μw/cm2 at 38 cm (15 inches) and it does not have a white light LED.

MB Iris comes only as mains & it is supplied with a mounting bracket.

It has an ingress protection of IP68 (waterproof).

  

Labino MB - HERCULES Ex - Explosion Proof

Labino MB Hercules Ex is extremely durable product specifically developed for use in areas where the risk of an explosion is high. Use of explosion proof products is often required in Offshore Oil Rigs, refineries, Aerospace and Defence. It has successfully completed extremely tough tests, amongst them tests for thermal conditioning, Impact Tests, Drop Tests, IP Tests that led to the ATEX Certification (Certificate: ITS17ATEX402144X). This unique product is suitable for use in extreme weather conditions varying from 104o Fahrenheit (+40o Celsius) to minus 4o Fahrenheit (-20o Celsius). Furthermore, Hercules Ex has successfully completed all tests and audits leading to it’s certification for IECEx, NFPA 70 Article 500 for Class I (divisions II locations) & the United States military tests, Salt Fog Test as per military standard 810F and Explosive Atmosphere Test as per military standard 810G. It has an ingress protection marking of IP66. This unique light is battery powered, it has 4 UV LEDs & an intensity of 4,000 μw/cm2. Charging of batteries should only take place outside explosive atmospheres.

EXPLOSIVE ATMOSPHERE CERTIFICATIONS ATEX certified for Group II, Zone II (Certificate: ITS17ATEX402144X, IECEx, NFPA 70 Article 500 for Class I (divisions II locations), Explosive Atmosphere Test as per MIL-STD-810G.
